摘 要:通过对赣北种植的三个艾品种——南阳艾、蕲春艾及野生艾的艾叶主要有效成分的含量进行测定与比较分析,发现蕲春艾总黄酮、总多酚、不被吸附多酚、鞣质及总三萜含量均最高,其中蕲春艾总黄酮含量分别为南阳艾、野生艾的1.269、1.555倍,鞣质含量分别为南阳艾、野生艾的2.029、3.073倍,挥发油含量分别为南阳艾、野生艾的0.967、1.405倍,三萜含量分别为南阳艾、野生艾的1.184、1.091倍。南阳艾和蕲春艾挥发油含量均显著高于野生艾,而这两种艾叶之间无显著差别。By measuring and comparing the content of the main active ingredients in the leaves of three Artemisia argyi varieties planted in northern Jiangxi,including Nanyang Artemisia argyi,Qichun Artemisia argyi,and wild Artemisia argyi,it was found that Qichun Artemisia argyi had the highest content of total flavonoids,total polyphenols,unadsorbed polyphenols,tannins,and total triterpenes.Specifically,the total flavonoid content of Qichun Artemisia argyi is 1.269 and 1.555 times higher than that of Nanyang Artemisia argyi and wild Artemisia argyi,the tannin content is 2.029 and 3.073 times higher than that of Nanyang Artemisia argyi and wild Artemisia argyi,the volatile oil content is 0.967 and 1.405 times higher than that of Nanyang Artemisia argyi and wild Artemisia argyi,and the triterpenoid content is 1.184 and 1.091 times higher than that of Nanyang Artemisia argyi and wild Artemisia argyi.The volatile oil content of Nanyang Artemisia and Qichun Artemisia is significantly higher than that of wild Artemisia argyi,and there is no significant difference between themselves.
