摘　　要：“二代”,永远不缺话题。5月25日,意甲国际米兰足球俱乐部主席、苏宁控股集团副总裁张康阳发文道别,国米的8年“苏宁时代”宣告落幕。张康阳即苏宁控股集团创始人张近东独子,在他看来,这次分别并非意味着失败。他将继续展现他的商业智慧,在苏宁控股集团迎接新的挑战。Nowadays,once the masters of the family business are gradually moving to the rear,and many second-generations of Anhui entrepreneurs begin to take over the family business.By combing through the sample of 16 well-known second-generations,we find that 12 of them were born from 1985 to 1992.Interestingly,most of them were born around the time their parents started their businesses,and they all happened to be in their mid-30s when taking over the family business.
