摘　　要：娑罗子为我国传统中药,具有宽中、理气、和胃、止痛之功效,主要含三萜皂苷类、黄酮类、香豆素类、吲哚生物碱类及脂肪油等多种成分。现代药理研究表明,娑罗子具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、神经保护等多种药理活性。随着对娑罗子的深入研究和开发,发现七叶皂苷钠作为其主要活性成分,在临床常用于治疗脑卒中、肺系疾病、胃肠病、甲状腺疾病、眼部疾病等。对娑罗子化学成分、药理活性及临床应用的相关研究进行综述,以期为其相关产品的研发提供参考。Chinese buckeye seed is a traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)with the effects of evacuating depression in the middle jiao,regulating Qi,harmonizing stomach,and relieving pain.Chinese buckeye seed mainly contains triterpenoid saponins,flavonoids,coumarins,indole alkaloids,fatty oils,and other components.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that Chinese buckeye seed has many pharmacological activities such as anti-inflammation,anti-oxidation,anti-tumor,and neuroprotection.With the in-depth research and development of Chinese buckeye seed,sodium aescinate,as its main active ingredient,is commonly used in the clinical treatment of stroke,lung diseases,gastrointestinal diseases,thyroid diseases,eye diseases,etc.In this paper,the chemical constituents,pharmacological activities,and clinical application of Chinese buckeye seed were reviewed to provide a reference for the research and development of Chinese buckeye seed products.
