摘　　要：炙甘草汤作为治疗气阴两虚证的代表方,广为流传。方证辨证强调“有是证,用是方”,辨证明确即可采用此方。文章通过分析总结历代医家应用炙甘草汤的患者病情特征、方证特点、体质情况,阐述此方的方药分析;联合古代医家对此方的功效论述,并结合临床治疗脾胃系疾病、心系疾病、妇科疾病的医案,论述此方在多种疾病中的应用与方证辨证在临床中的重要地位。Zhigancao decoction is widely spread as a representative prescription for treating qi and yin deficiency syndrome.The pre-scription syndrome differentiation emphasizes that“correspondence of prescription and syndrome”.Through the analysis and summary of the medical characteristics,syndromes and physical conditions of the patients used by the physicians in the past dynasties.The analysis of the prescriptions was elaborated,combined with the efficacy of the ancient physicians on the prescription,combined with the clinical treatment of the spleen and stomach system,heart diseases,gynecological diseases.This paper discussed the application of the prescription in a variety of diseases and the important position of the prescription syndrome differentiation in the clinic.
