摘　　要：眩晕属于主观感觉障碍,指患者在自身没有运动时也会产生运动感觉,多伴有平衡功能障碍,是影响人们身心健康的常见疾病之一。中医被不断运用于眩晕的治疗中,并取得了一定成效。天麻钩藤饮出自《中医内科杂病证治新义》一书,属于治风剂,具有平肝熄风、清热活血、补益肝肾之效,主治肝阳偏亢、肝风上扰证。张永杰教授认为,眩晕的治疗应以滋肝养肾、平肝潜阳为主。Vertigo is the general term for dizziness and dizziness.Vertigo refers to dizziness or blackening of the eyes,dizziness refers to dizziness or even feeling the rotation of oneself or external scenery,and the two are often seen simultaneously.Tianma Gouteng drink is a traditional Chinese medicine formula name.As a wind treating agent,it has the effects of calming the liver and suppressing wind,clearing heat and promoting blood circulation,and tonifying the liver and kidney.Tianma Gouteng drink is from the book New Meaning of Diagnosis and Treatment of Miscellaneous Diseases,belongs to the treatment of wind,has the effect of calming liver wind,clearing heat and promoting blood,tonifying liver and kidney,treating liver-yang excess,liver-wind disturbance.Professor Zhang Yongjie believes that the treatment of vertigo should be based on nourishing the liver and kidney and calming the liver and suppress-ing Yang.
