摘　　要：原发性高血压病是社区的慢性疾病之一,发病率高,危害性大,是心脑血管疾病的高危因素。对社区高血压病患者进行中医体质辨识,阐明各种体质和社区高血压病发生发展的内在联系,具有重要意义。根据中医体质辨识,开展生活方式指导,干预高危因素,制定个体化中西医结合防治方案并指导选用中医处方,可发挥中医药“简、便、验、廉”的特色优势,平稳控制患者血压,改善临床症状、提高生活质量,进一步探索出适合社区高血压病的中西医结合防治新模式,便于社区基层医师掌握并应用,可取得较好的社会效益和经济效益。现就社区高血压病患者中医体质辨识研究进展进行综述。Hypertension is one of the chronic diseases in the community,with high incidence and great harm,it is a high-risk factor of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.To identify the traditional Chinese medicine constitution of hypertension patients in the community,and to clarify the internal relationship between various constitutions and the occurrence and development of hyperten-sion diseases in the community.According to the identification of traditional Chinese medicine constitution,lifestyle guidance was car-ried out,high-risk factors were intervened,and individualized prevention and treatment programs of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine were formulated.Through the identification of traditional Chinese medicine constitution to guide the selection of tra-ditional Chinese medicine prescription,give full play to the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine“simple,convenient,test-ing,cheap”,stable control of blood pressure,improve clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life,further explore a suitable for com-munity hypertension prevention and treatment of new model of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,easy to master and apply community primary physicians.Thus,better social and economic benefits can be obtained.This article reviewed the re-search progress of traditional Chinese medicine constitution identification of hypertension patients in community.
