摘　　要：目的观察子午流注开穴法预防生长激素(GH)激发试验不良反应的临床疗效。方法选取2021年11月—2022年10月于广州中医药大学顺德医院进行GH激发试验的矮小症儿童80例,随机分为对照组、观察组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理及治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加子午流注开穴法贴敷神阙穴。比较两组患儿不良反应情况。结果观察组不良反应发生率为7.5%(3/40),低于对照组的27.5%(11/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组不良反应出现时间晚于对照组,持续时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子午流注开穴法贴敷神阙穴,可降低GH激发试验不良反应发生率,减少患儿痛苦,提高家属满意度,保证激发试验顺利进行,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of midnight-midday ebb flow acupuncture therapy in preventing adverse reac-tions of growth hormone provocation test.Methods A total of 80 children with short stature were selected from November 2021 to Octo-ber 2022 who underwent a growth hormone stimulation test in Shunde Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment and nursing,and the observation group was given midnight-midday ebb flow acupuncture therapy on the basis of the control group.The adverse reac-tions of the two groups was compared.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.5%(3/40),which was lower than that in the control group(27.5%,11/40),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The occurrence time of ad-verse reactions in observation group was later than that in control group,and the duration was shorter than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Midnight-midday ebb flow acupuncture therapy can reduce the inci-dence of adverse reactions to the growth hormone provocation test,reduce the pain of the child,and improve the satisfaction of family treatment.To ensure the smooth progress of the stimulation test,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
