连朴饮治疗幽门螺杆菌感染复治失败者临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察自拟连朴饮联合标准四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染复治失败者的效果。方法选取胃脘痛脾胃湿热型患者且既往Hp感染杀菌失败者160例,随机分为治疗组(80例)和对照组(80例)。对照组给予标准四联疗法,治疗组在对照组基础上加用自拟连朴饮,疗程均为14 d。疗程结束30 d后复查Hp,评估两组患者Hp根除效果。结果治疗组Hp根除率为88.75%(71/80),高于对照组的76.25%(61/80)(P<0.05)。结论自拟连朴饮联合四联疗法用于根除Hp的效果优于单纯四联疗法,能显著增加根除率,为Hp感染复治失败者提供了一种新的临床疗法。Objective To observe the effect of Lianpo drink combined with standard quadruple therapy on Helicobacter pylori(Hp)in-fection retreatment failure.Methods A total of 160 patients with gastric epigastric pain and dampness-heat of spleen and stomach and failure of Hp infection were selected and randomly divided into treatment group of 80 cases and control group of 80 cases.The control group was given standard quadruple therapy,and the treatment group was given self-prepared Lianpo drink on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment was 14 days.Hp was re-examined 30 days after treatment to evaluate the Hp eradication effect of the two groups.Results The eradication rate of Hp in the treatment group was 88.75%(71/80),which was higher than that in the control group(76.25%,61/80)(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of self-prepared Lianpo drink combined with quadruple therapy in eradicating Hp is better than that of simple quadruple therapy,and the eradication rate is significant.It provides a new clinical therapy for the failed patients with Hp infection.
