壮医龙脊灸治疗嘘内(慢性疲劳综合征)临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察壮医龙脊灸治疗嘘内[慢性疲劳综合征(CFS)]临床效果。方法将60例嘘内患者随机分成观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组采用壮医龙脊灸治疗,对照组采用常规针灸治疗。每周治疗3次,3次为1个疗程,连续2个疗程。采用疲劳量表-14(FS-14)和临床症状积分表观察、评价两组临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组FS-14评分和临床症状积分均明显低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为90.0%(27/30),明显高于对照组的73.3%(22/30)(P<0.05)。结论壮医龙脊灸治疗嘘内(CFS)效果显著,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of moxibustion therapy of spinal point in Zhuang medicine in the treat-ment of Xunei(chronic fatigue syndrome).Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic fatigue syndrome were randomly divided into observation group of 30 cases and control group of 30 cases.The observation group was treated with moxibustion therapy of spinal point in Zhuang medicine,and the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture.The treatment was 3 time a week,3 treat-ments as one course and the consecutive 2 courses of treatment were required.Before and after treatment,Fatigue Scale-14(FS-14)and clinical symptom score were measured.Results After treatment,the FS-14 score and clinical symptom score of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 90.0%(27/30),which was higher than 73.3%(22/30)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of moxibustion therapy of spinal point in Zhuang medicine in the treatment of Xunei(chronic fatigue syndrome)is significant,and it can be widely used in clinic.
