火龙罐配合健康教育在气血亏虚型眩晕的应用

摘　　要：目的探究火龙罐配合健康教育治疗气血亏虚型眩晕的效果。方法选取厦门市中医院2020年1月—2021年12月收治的气血亏虚型眩晕患者80例,依据随机数字表法分成三组,A组接受常规护理+常规治疗,B组在A组基础上予以健康教育,C组在B组基础上予以火龙罐治疗。统计对比三组临床效果。结果C组总有效率为96.43%(27/28),明显高于A组的69.23%(18/26)、B组的76.92%(20/26)(P<0.05)。干预后,C组收缩期峰值流速(PSV)、舒张末期峰值流速(EDV)高于A组和B组,超声检测阻力指数(RI)、搏动指数(PI)低于A组和B组(P<0.05)。B组、C组疾病认知优良率分别为96.15%(25/26)、92.86%(26/28),均高于A组的65.38%(17/26)(P<0.05)。A组自我护理能力测定表(ESCA)分值明显低于B组、C组(P<0.05)。结论火龙罐配合健康教育在气血亏虚型眩晕患者中的应用价值较高,可提高患者疾病认知度与治疗效果,改善其椎-基底动脉供血状况以及自我护理能力。Objective To explore the application effect of fire dragon pot combined with health education in patients with vertigo of de-ficiency of qi and blood type.Methods A total of 80 patients with vertigo of deficiency of qi and blood type admitted to Xiamen Hospi-tal of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into 3 groups.Group A received rou-tine nursing and routine treatment,group B received health education based on group A,and group C received dragon pot based on group B.The clinical effect of the three groups was statistically compared.Results The total effective rate of group C was 96.43%(27/28),which was significantly higher than 69.23%(18/26)of group A and 76.92%(20/26)of group B(P<0.05).After intervention,the peak systolic flow rate(PSV)and end-diastolic peak flow rate(EDV)in group C were higher than those in group A and group B,and the ultrasonic resistance index(RI)and pulse index(PI)were lower than those in group A and group B(P<0.05).The good rates of dis-ease cognition in group B and group C were 96.15%(25/26)and 92.86%(26/28),respectively,both was higher than 65.38%(17/26)in group A(P<0.05).The score of self-care ability(ESCA)in group A was significantly lower than that in group B and group C(P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of fire-dragon pot combined with health education in patients with vertigo of deficiency of qi and blood type is high,which can improve the disease awareness and therapeutic effect,and improve the vertebra-basilar artery blood sup-ply and self-care ability.
