玉屏风颗粒联合盐酸依匹斯汀治疗湿热蕴肤型慢性荨麻疹临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察玉屏风颗粒联合盐酸依匹斯汀治疗湿热蕴肤型慢性荨麻疹的临床效果。方法将泉州市皮肤病防治院2022年1月—2022年7月收治的湿热蕴肤型慢性荨麻疹患者96例以随机数字表法分为两组,各48例。以接受单独盐酸依匹斯汀治疗者为对照组,接受玉屏风颗粒联合盐酸依匹斯汀治疗者为研究组,比较两组治疗前后客观症状评分、症状明显减轻与消失时间及临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组客观症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组均较治疗前下降,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者症状明显减轻与消失时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率为89.58%(43/48),高于对照组的72.92%(35/48)(P<0.05)。结论玉屏风颗粒联合盐酸依匹斯汀治疗湿热蕴肤型慢性荨麻疹,可显著改善患者客观症状,缩短症状明显减轻与消失时间,提升临床效果。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yupingfeng granule combined with Epistine Hydrochloride on chronic urticaria of dampness-heat skin accumulation type.Methods A total of 96 patients with chronic urticaria of dampness-heat skin accumulation type in Quanzhou Institute of Dermatology from January 2022 to July 2022 were divided into two groups by random number table,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Epistine Hydrochloride alone,and the study group was treated with Yuping-feng granules combined with Epistine Hydrochloride.The objective symptom score before and after treatment was compared between the two groups,and the time of symptom reduction and disappearance and clinical efficacy were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in objective symptom score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,both groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The duration of symptom remission and disappearance in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 89.58%(43/48),which was higher than that of the control group(72.92%,35/48)(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with chronic urticaria of dampness-heat skin accumulation type,the combination of Yupingfeng granule and Epistine Hydro-chloride can significantly improve the objective symptoms of patients,shorten the time of symptom relief and disappearance,and im-prove the clinical therapeutic effect.
