银丹心脑通软胶囊联合厄贝沙坦方案对高血压合并2型糖尿病患者糖脂代谢及动态血压变化的影响

摘　　要：目的探究银丹心脑通软胶囊联合厄贝沙坦对高血压合并2型糖尿病患者糖脂代谢及动脉血压变化的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2022年1月宜春市第三人民医院收治的82例高血压合并2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,随机分为A组与B组,每组41例。A组应用厄贝沙坦治疗,B组应用厄贝沙坦联合银丹心脑通软胶囊治疗。比较两组治疗前后血糖[空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PBG)]、血脂[甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)]、血压[收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、24 h平均SBP、24 h平均DBP、24 h SBP平滑指数(24 h SIS)、24 h DBP平滑指数(24 h SID)]水平、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、脑钠肽(BNP)水平及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,B组FBG、2 h PBG水平均低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,B组TG、TC、LDL-C水平均低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组HDL-C水平比较差异无统计学意义。治疗后,B组SBP、DBP、24 h平均SBP、24 h平均DBP均低于A组,24 h SIS高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组24 h SID比较差异无统计学意义。治疗后,B组Hcy、BNP水平均低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论银丹心脑通软胶囊联合厄贝沙坦治疗高血压合并2型糖尿病效果显著,可改善患者糖脂代谢、动态血压水平及血清学指标。Objective To explore the effect of Yindan Xinnaotong soft capsule combined with irbesartan regimen on glucose and lipid metabolism and ambulatory blood pressure changes in patients with hypertension combined with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 82 patients with hypertension combined with type 2 diabetes admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Yichun City from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into the group A and the group B,with 41 cases in each group.The group A was treated with irbesartan,the group B was treated with irbesartan combined with Yindan Xinnaotong soft capsule.The blood glucose(fasting blood glucose[FBG],postprandial 2 h blood glucose[2 h PBG]),blood lipid(triglyceride[TG],total cholesterol[TC],low density lipoprotein cholesterol[LDL-C],high density lipoprotein cholesterol[HDL-C]),blood pressure(systolic blood pressure[SBP],diastolic blood pressure[DBP],24 h average SBP,24 h average DBP,24 h SBP smoothing index[24 h SIS],24 h DBP smoothing index[24 h SID]),homocysteine(Hcy),brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of FBG and 2 h PBG in the group B were lower than those in the group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TG,TC and LDL-C in the group B were lower than those in the group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of HDL-C between the two groups.After treatment,SBP,DBP,24 h average SBP and 24 h average DBP in the group B were lower than those in the group A,and 24 h SIS was higher than that in the group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in 24 h SID between the two groups.After treatment,Hcy and BNP levels in the group B were lower than those in the group A,and the differences were stati
