通便贴联合“呬”字诀对癌痛患者阿片类药物相关性便秘治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨通便贴联合“呬字诀”治疗阿片类药物相关性便秘临床效果。方法选取2022年4-12月该院肿瘤血液科收治的遵医嘱口服奥斯康定或美菲康进行镇痛的70例肿瘤患者,将其随机分为对照组和试验组,各35例。对照组给予常规护理,试验组给予通便贴联合“呬字诀”吐纳法。干预14 d后对2组便秘发生率、粪便性状评分及其他便秘症状评分、中医证候积分、生存质量自评量表(PAC-QOL)评分进行对比分析。结果试验组中11例患者发生便秘,低于对照组(21例);试验组粪便性状评分及其他便秘症状评分、中医证候总积分、PAC-QOL评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通便贴联合“呬字诀”能降低肿瘤患者阿片类药物相关性便秘发生率,缓解患者便秘症状,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the clinical effect of laxative paste combined with‘Si’formula in the treatment of opioid-related constipation.Methods From April to December 2022,a total of 70 patients with tumor who received oral administration of oscondin or mifekon for analgesia were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given laxative paste combined with‘Si Zi Jue’tona method.After 14 days of intervention,the incidence of constipation,fecal character score,other constipation symptom score,TCM syndrome score and quality of life score(PAC-QOL)were compared between the two groups.Results Constipation occurred in 11 patients in the experimental group,which was lower than that in the control group(21 cases).The scores of fecal traits,other constipation symptoms,total scores of TCM syndromes and PAC-QOL scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bowel patch combined with‘Si’formula can reduce the incidence of opioid-related constipation in cancer patients,relieve constipation symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients.
