摘　　要：不孕症是一种低生育状态,随着大环境的变化,不孕症的患病率呈逐年上升趋势,已经被世界卫生组织列为除癌症、心脑血管疾病以外的第三大疾病。睡眠障碍是指睡眠质和量出现临床症状或异常的一种状态。睡眠障碍会使不孕症患者月经不调增加、生育力低下、临床妊娠结局不佳,但睡眠问题已成为一个未得到充分重视和良好解决的公共卫生问题。而睡眠可能是改善生殖健康和结果的重要可修改目标。该文主要对不孕症患者睡眠质量研究现状、影响因素、干预措施进行阐述。因此建议在临床工作中医务人员应加强关注不孕症患者睡眠质量对妊娠结局的影响,进一步探索改善不孕症患者睡眠质量的措施。Infertility is a state of low fertility,with changes in the overall environment.The incidence of infertility has been increasing year by year and has been listed by the World Health Organization as the third largest disease after cancer and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Sleep disorder refers to a state of clinical symptoms or abnormalities in the quality and quantity of sleep.Sleep disorders can lead to increased menstrual irregularities,low fertility,and poor clinical pregnancy outcomes in infertile patients.However,sleep problems have become a public health issue that has not been fully addressed and well resolved.And sleep may be an important modifiable goal for improving reproductive health and outcomes.This article mainly reviewed the current research status,influencing factors,and intervention measures of sleep quality in infertility patients.It is recommended to strengthen the attention to the impact of sleep quality on infertility pregnancy outcomes in clinical work,and further explore measures to improve the sleep quality of infertile patients.
