摘　　要：目的研究言语识别率(WRS)对突发性聋疗效评估的重要性。方法回顾性分析2021年12月至2023年5月在我院治疗前后纯音平均听阈(PTA)无改变,但WRS有提升的95例突聋患者的资料,对他们治疗前后的WRS和言语测试声强度进行统计学分析。结果95例突聋患者治疗前后的PTA无明显改变,疗效评估为无效,言语测试声强度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而治疗前后的单音节词和双音节词WRS差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗后较治疗前均提高>10%,具有临床意义。结论在临床工作中,在关注突聋患者PTA的同时,对WRS的关注也不可或缺,尤其是治疗前后PTA无明显改善时,以更好、更准确的评估疗效以及调整治疗方案。Objective To study effects of word recognition score(WRS)on the therapeutic evaluation of sudden deafness.Methods From December 2021 to May 2023,data of 95 patients with sudden deafness who had no change in pure tone threshold average(PTA)but improved speech resolution before and after treatment at our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.WRS and sound intensity of speech test before and after treatment were statistically analyzed.Results The PTA of 95 patients with sudden deafness before and after treatment had no significant change,and therapeutic effect was evaluated as ineffective.There was no statistically significant difference in the sound intensity of speech test(P>0.05),while WRS of monosyllabic and two-syllable words before and after treatment had statistical significance(P<0.05),and the difference was>10%higher than that before treatment,which had clinical significance.Conclusion In clinical work,attention should be paid to WRS as well as PTA,especially when there is no significant improvement in PTA before and after treatment,so as to better evaluate the efficacy and adjust treatment plan.
