多元主体协同治理:乡村振兴的创新之道——基于福建王台镇的实践分析

摘　　要：乡村振兴背景下,"科技二传手"在政府与农户等主体之间的协调中发挥了重要的作用。本研究基于SFIC理论,探究多元主体协同共治助力乡村振兴的运作机制,从初始条件、干预领导、制度设计、合作过程四个方面建立起"科技特派员+专业合作社/专业协会+农户"三种王台镇乡村振兴创新模式,发掘当前制度面临的合作流程复杂、选派机制待完善、理论实践有脱节等挑战,并提出相应解决思路。Under the background of rural revitalization,"science and technology setter"plays an important role in the coordination between the government and farmers and other subjects.Based on the SFIC theory,this study explores the operation mechanism of multi-subject cooperation and co-governance to help rural revitalization,and establishes three innovative models of rural revitalization in Wangtai town from four aspects:initial conditions,intervention leadership,system design and cooperation process:"Science and technology commissioner+professional cooperatives/professional associations+farmers".It explores the challenges faced by the current system,such as complicated cooperation process,imperfect selection mechanism and disjointed theory and practice,and puts forward solutions.
