近代历史建筑保护修缮技术措施研究——以福州仓山区委宿舍旧址为例

摘　　要：福州保留着众多近代中西风格的历史建筑,近年来福州市进行了大量近代历史建筑保护修缮工作,本文以福州烟台山片区仓山区委宿舍旧址保护修缮工程为例,归纳了近代历史建筑保护修缮四大施工原则,并总结在施工勘测、瓦屋面维修、木构架维修、墙体裂缝处理和木构件防腐防虫等方面具体技术措施,为后续类似建筑保护修缮施工提供经验和借鉴。Fuzhou preserves numerous modern Chinese and Western style historical buildings,and in recent years,a large number of modern historical building protection and repair work has been carried out.This article takes the protection and repair project of the Fuzhou Cangshan District Committee Former Dormitory as an example,summarizes four construction principles for the protection and repair of modern historical buildings,and also summarizes specific technical measures in construction surveying,tile roof maintenance,wood frame maintenance,wall crack treatment,and wood component anti-corrosion and insect prevention.This article providing experience and reference for similar building protection and repair construction in the future.
