基于都市建筑集群与辨识度视角的总部大楼设计——以福州民生大厦为例

摘　　要：文章以福州民生大厦建筑方案设计与环境营造为例,旨在探讨金融总部地标性建筑与城市环境如何耦合并相互塑造的空间机理,为同类建筑工程设计提供科学实证的支撑依据。通过城市空间分析、企业标识需求为导向的设计方法,讨论金融企业总部大楼的两大设计策略,一是在金融街建筑集群中借绿观山的都市景观环境策略;二是在整齐划一的城市界面下彰显福州民生大厦自身辨识度策略。并由此探讨,若在以福州为代表的山水城市中体现建筑的贡献度,需基于环境整体观,并在城市空间与山水互融中因势利导,充分挖掘建筑辨识度的可能性。Taking Fuzhou Minsheng Building as an example,this paper aims at exploring the spatial mechanism of how the landmark building of financial headquarters and the urban environment are coupled and shaped each other,so as to provide a scientific and empirical basis for the design of similar architectural projects.Based on the urban space analysis and the demand-oriented design method of corporate identity,the paper discusses two major design strategies of the headquarters building of financial enterprises.One is the urban landscape environment strategy of the financial street building cluster.The second is to highlight the identification strategy of Fuzhou Minsheng Building under the uniform urban interface.Therefore,the paper believes that the contribution of architecture design in Fuzhou with landscape should be based on the overall view of the environment,and the possibility of building identification should be fully explored in the integration of urban space and landscape.
