摘 要:本研究旨在评估欠振对泵送混凝土结构柱内部质量的影响。采用超声检测和钻芯取样方法,对高流动性泵送混凝土在欠振条件下的密实性及其缺陷程度进行了综合评估。研究结果表明,欠振会导致混凝土表面缺陷增多和内部气孔增加,进而降低混凝土的密实性和强度。即便是泵送混凝土,适当的振捣也是确保其结构完整性和耐久性的关键。所得结论对于施工实践的优化和混凝土质量控制具有重要的理论和实践意义。The study aims to evaluate the impact of under-vibration on the internal quality of pumped concrete structural columns.Using ultrasonic testing and core sampling methods,a comprehensive assessment was conducted on the compactness and degree of defects of high-fluidity pumped concrete under under-vibration conditions.The results indicate that under-vibration leads to an increase in surface defects and internal voids in concrete,thereby reducing its compactness and strength.The study emphasizes that even for pumped concrete,appropriate vibration is key to ensuring its structural integrity and durability.The conclusions drawn have important theoretical and practical significance for the optimization of construction practices and the quality control of concrete.
