糠醛抽出油对沥青基本性能的影响规律

摘  要:沥青的性能主要取决于沥青的化学组成成分,为了研究沥青组分比例对性能的影响,采用糠醛抽出油对沥青进行调和改性,制备得到了不同组分比例改性沥青,并对改性沥青进行三大指标测试和四组分测试。研究糠醛抽出油掺量对沥青组分比例的影响,沥青组分变化对针入度及软化点的影响。结果表明:随着糠醛抽出油掺量增加,沥青针入度逐渐增大,软化点逐渐减小,饱和分和芳香分的含量逐渐增加,沥青质和胶质的含量逐渐减少。根据沥青三组分变化与沥青针入度及软化点的相关性进行分析得出,沥青针入度与沥青质成负相关关系,与饱和分和芳香分成负相关关系;沥青软化点与沥青质成正相关关系,与饱和分、芳香分、胶质成负相关关系。The performance of bitumen mainly depends on the chemical composition of bitumen,in order to study the influence of asphalt component ratio on performance,furfural extraction oil was used to blend and modify bitumen,and modified bitumen with different component proportions was prepared,and three-index test and four-component test were carried out on the modified asphalt.The effects of furfural extraction oil content on the proportion of asphalt components and the effects of asphalt component changes on penetration degree and softening point were studied.The results showed that with the increase of furfural extraction oil content,the bitumen penetration degree gradually increased,the softening point gradually decreased,the content of saturated and aromatic components gradually increased,the content of asphaltenes and gums gradually reduced.According to the correlation between the changes of the three components of asphalt and the penetration degree and softening point of asphalt,it was concluded that the penetration degree of bitumen had a negative correlation with asphaltene,negatively correlated with saturation and aromatic components,and had a positive correlation between asphalt softening point and asphaltene,and negatively correlated with saturation,aromatic and gum.
