摘  要:碱式碳酸铜,化学式为Cu_(2)(OH)_(2)CO_(3),是一种重要的铜盐产品。对两步沉淀法制备碱式碳酸铜的二段反应过程进行了优化调整,结合XRD和SEM等表征手段,对二段反应不同的酸碱液浓度、碱液组分配比、反应温度和老化条件进行了对比实验探究,发现在使用较低的酸碱液浓度、碱液中n(Na_(2)CO_(3))∶n(NaOH)=1:2、反应温度选择较低的水浴温度、采取搅拌老化方式的条件下,产品的结晶效果最好。采用改进后的两步沉淀法成功制备出了高结晶度的碱式碳酸铜产品。Basic copper carbonate,with the chemical formula Cu_(2)(OH)_(2)CO_(3),is an important copper salt product.In this article,the process of the second reaction in the preparation of basic copper carbonate using a two-step precipitation method was optimized and adjusted.By combining characterization methods such as XRD and SEM,the two-stage reaction was compared and investigated for different concentrations of acidic and alkaline solutions,alkaline solution distribution ratios,reaction temperatures,and aging conditions.It was ultimately found that the crystallinity of the product was best when using lower concentrations of acid and alkali solutions,with n(Na_(2)CO_(3))∶n(NaOH)=1∶2 in the alkali solution,lower heating temperature of water bath,and stirring aging method.High crystallinity basic copper carbonate samples were successfully prepared using this modified two-step precipitation method.
