中医无饥饿禁食疗法治疗脾虚痰浊型肥胖型2型糖尿病(T2DM)的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的分析中医无饥饿禁食疗法在2型糖尿病中的应用价值。方法选取2022年1月—2023年8月广东省东莞市大朗医院中医科接受治疗的100例脾虚痰浊型肥胖型2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为两组,每组50例。对照组采取常规西药治疗,观察组则联合中医无饥饿禁食疗法治疗。比较两组疗效、不良反应总发生率、血糖指标与体重变化。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组血糖指标与体重水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在西药治疗基础上加入中医无饥饿禁食疗法,可以改善患者的血糖指标与体重水平,疗效与安全性高。Objective To analyze the application value of traditional Chinese medicine fasting without hunger therapy on the type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 100 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)with spleen deficiency and phlegm turbidness condition admitted to the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Dalang Hospital of Dongguan City in Guangdong Province from January 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group combined with fasting without hunger therapy of traditional Chinese medicine.The efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,blood glucose indexes and weight changes were compared between the two groups.Results The total treatment effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the blood glucose index and body weight of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Adding traditional chinese medicine fasting without hunger therapy on the basis of Western medicine can improve the blood glucose index and body mass of patients,with high efficacy and safety.
