康复护理在老年糖尿病患者延续护理中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨对老年糖尿病患者采用康复护理方式完成延续护理干预后获得的临床效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年5月滕州市第二人民医院收治的64例老年糖尿病患者为研究对象,根据投掷硬币法分为参照组(32例,在延续护理中采用常规基础护理干预)、研究组(32例,在延续护理中采用康复护理干预),比较两组患者的血糖水平、自我护理能力量表评分、生活质量评分。结果护理后,与参照组比较,研究组空腹血糖水平、餐后2 h血糖水平更低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。与参照组比较,研究组自我责任感、自我概念、健康知识水平以及自我管理评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。与参照组比较,研究组心理功能、社会功能、躯体功能以及物质生活评分呈现出显著提升,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论针对老年糖尿病患者在给予延续护理期间,康复护理方式的科学运用,可将老年糖尿病患者的血糖水平明显降低,并将患者的护理能力以及生活质量显著提升。Objective To explore the clinical effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 64 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus admitted to Tengzhou Second People's Hospital from January 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the coin toss method,they were divided into reference group(32 cases,using routine basic nursing intervention in extended nursing)and study group(32 cases,using rehabilitation nursing intervention in extended nursing).The blood glucose level,Exercise of Self-care Agency Scale score,and the quality of life score of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,compared with the reference group,the study group had lower fasting blood glucose levels and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose levels,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Compared with the reference group,the study group had higher scores in terms of self-responsibility,self-concept,health knowledge and self-management skills,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Compared with the reference group,the study group showed significant improvements in psychological function,social function,physical function and material life score,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion For elderly patients with diabetes during the period of extended care,the scientific application of rehabilitation nursing can significantly reduce the blood glucose level of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus,and significantly improve their nursing ability and quality of life.
