摘 要:目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病患者实施饮食营养健康管理对其血糖水平、自我管理行为的影响。方法回顾性选取2021年1月—2023年6月枣庄市妇幼保健院收治的86例妊娠期糖尿病患者的临床资料,按照护理方式的不同,分为观察组与对照组,各43例。对照组患者实施常规护理干预,观察组患者在对照组基础上进行饮食营养健康管理。干预后比较两组患者自我管理能力、血糖水平。结果干预后,观察组患者各维度糖尿病自我管理行为量表评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论饮食营养健康管理用于妊娠期糖尿病患者护理中可改善妊娠期糖尿病患者自我管理行为,从而提升血糖控制效果。Objective To explore the effect of diet nutrition health management on blood glucose level and self-management behavior of gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods The clinical data of 86 gestational diabetes mellitus patients admitted to Maternal and Child Health Care of Zaozhuang from January 2021 to June 2023 were retrospectively selected.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 43 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,while patients in the observation group were given diet nutrition health management on the basis of the control group.The self-management ability and blood glucose level were compared between the two groups after intervention.Results After the intervention,the scores of diabetes self-management behavior scale in all dimensions of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The 2 h postprandial plasma glucose,fasting plasma glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin A1c in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Diet and nutrition health management has been used to improve the self-management behavior of gestational diabetes mellitus patients,so as to improve the effect of blood glucose control.
