米非司酮联合炔诺酮片治疗围绝经期功能性子宫出血的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨米非司酮联合炔诺酮片治疗围绝经期功能性子宫出血的效果。方法 方便选取南通市通州区中医院于2021年1月—2023年6月收治的82例围绝经期功能性子宫出血患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分为两组。对照组(41例)予米非司酮治疗;观察组(41例)予米非司酮联合炔诺酮片治疗。比较两组临床效果、子宫内膜厚度、月经量、性激素水平与不良反应。结果 观察组治疗总有效率(97.56%)高于对照组(82.93%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.987,P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者子宫内膜厚度均变薄、月经量均减少、性激素水平降低,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 米非司酮联合炔诺酮片治疗围绝经期功能性子宫出血,能缓解患者症状并调节性激素水平,且不良反应少。Objective To investigate the effect of mifepristone combined with norethisterone tablets in the treatment of perimenopausal functional uterine bleeding.Methods A total of eighty-two patients with perimenopausal functional uterine bleeding admitted to Nantong Tongzhou District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to June 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method.Control group(41 cases)was treated with mifepristone,observation group(41 cases)was treated with mifepristone combined with norethisterone tablets.The clinical effect,endometrial thickness,menstrual volume,sex hormone level and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group(97.56%)was higher than that of control group(82.93%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.987,P<0.05).After treatment,endometrial thickness,menstrual volume and sex hormone levels were reduced in both groups,and the observation group was better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of perimenopausal functional uterine bleeding,mifepristone combined with norethisterone tablets can relieve symptoms and regulate sex hormone levels,with few adverse reactions.
