瑞舒伐他汀钙片与阿托伐他汀钙片治疗冠心病的用药效果对比分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(以下简称为冠心病)患者使用瑞舒伐他汀钙片与阿托伐他汀钙片治疗的效果。方法 随机选取2022年1月—2023年7月山东省曹县第二人民医院收治的80例冠心病患者为研究对象,经双盲法分为观察组和参照组,各40例。参照组接受阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,观察组接受瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗,比较两组的血脂水平、实验室相关指标水平和治疗效果。结果 治疗后,观察组的甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、超敏C反应蛋白、氨基末端脑钠肽前体、同型半胱氨酸水平均低于参照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率为97.50%,略高于参照组的92.50%,胆差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.263,P>0.05)。结论 在冠心病患者的治疗中,瑞舒伐他汀钙片对其血脂水平与机体内微环境的效果更好,整体治疗效果同阿托伐他汀钙片相当。Objective To investigate the effect of rosuvastatin calcium tablets and atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(hereinafter referred to as coronary heart disease).Methods A total of 80 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to Caoxian County Second People's Hospital from January 2022 to July 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group and reference group by double-blind method,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets,and the observation group was treated with rosuvastatin calcium tablets.The blood lipid levels,laboratory related indexes and therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the level of triglyceride,total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,hypersensitive C-reactive protein,amino terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor and homocysteine in observation group were lower than those in reference group,and the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol was higher than that in reference group,the differences were not statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%,slightly higher than that of the reference group(92.50%),but the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.263,P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease,rosuvastatin calcium tablets have better effects on their blood lipid levels and internal microenvironment,and the overall therapeutic effect is comparable to atorvastatin calcium tablets.
