火龙罐综合灸护理技术对预防肛门病术后尿潴留的作用分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨火龙罐综合灸护理技术对预防肛门病术后尿潴留的护理作用。方法 前瞻性随机选取2023年6—12月徐州市中医院肛肠科接诊的160例肛门病患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分组后实施不同护理模式。对照组(80例)给予常规护理,研究组(80例)联合火龙罐综合灸护理技术,对比分析两组尿潴留发生率、尿等待时间、排尿困难程度及护理满意度。结果 与对照组比较,研究组术后尿潴留发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组干预后的尿等待时间评分更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组干预后的排尿困难程度评分更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度(97.50%)更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.766,P<0.05)。结论 火龙罐综合灸护理技术可有效预防肛门病术后尿潴留,缩短尿等待时间,改善排尿困难程度,提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the nursing role of the fire dragon jar integrated moxibustion nursing technique on the prevention of postoperative urinary retention in anal disease.Methods 160 cases of anal disease patients received by the Department of Anal and Intestine of Xuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June to December 2023 were prospective randomly selected as the study subjects,and were grouped according to the method of random number table method and then implemented with different nursing modes.The control group(80 cases)was given routine nursing care,and the study group(80 cases)was combined with fire dragon jar integrated moxibustion nursing technique.The incidence of urinary retention,waiting time for urination,difficulty in urination and nursing satisfaction were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the incidence of postoperative urinary retention in the study group was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The urine waiting time scores in the study group were lower after the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Difficulty in urination scores were lower in the study group after the intervention and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Patient care satisfaction(97.50%)was higher in the study group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.766,P<0.05).Conclusion Fire dragon jar integrated moxibustion nursing technique can effectively prevent postoperative urinary retention in anal disease,shorten the waiting time for urination,improve the degree of urinary difficulty,and increase nursing satisfaction.
