摘　　要：目的 研讨针刺推拿疗法对腰椎间盘突出症(Lumbar Disc Herniation, LDH)患者腰痛症状及腰椎功能的改善作用。方法 随机选取2023年1—12月福州市长乐区中医院收治的80例LDH患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为两组,每组40例,对照组单纯行针刺治疗,观察组基于对照组施加推拿疗法,比较两组患者的疗效、腰痛症状程度、腰椎功能障碍程度及活动度。结果 观察组治疗总有效率(97.50%)高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05)。观察组患者的疼痛评估表得分低于对照组,腰椎功能障碍程度得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组患者的腰椎屈伸度、侧屈度及旋转度相较于对照组均更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 针刺推拿疗法用于LDH患者的临床处理效果确切,可更有效缓解患者的腰痛症状及腰椎功能障碍情况,加快其腰椎功能恢复。Objective To study the effect of acupuncture and massage therapy on the improvement of lumbar pain symptoms and lumbar function in patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods A total of 80 LDH patients admitted to Changle District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Fuzhou City from January to December 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture alone,and the observation group was treated with massage based on the control group.The curative effect,the degree of low back pain symptoms,the degree of lumbar dysfunction and the degree of motion were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment observation group(97.50%)was higher than that of control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05).The score of pain assessment table in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the score of lumbar dysfunction degree was higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Lumbar flexion and extension,lateral flexion and rotation in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical treatment effect of acupuncture and massage therapy for LDH patients is accurate,which can more effectively relieve the symptoms of low back pain and lumbar dysfunction of patients,and accelerate the recovery of lumbar function.
