摘 要:水泥搅拌桩作为水利工程地基加固处理的重要手段,能最大限度发挥原状土的力学性能,具有施工简便、造价低、污染少的特点。为保证水泥搅拌桩成桩质量,降低砂土液化地基不均匀沉降对基础的影响,以冠县杨林排水闸砂土液化地基基础处理工程为例,结合现场施工状况与地勘情况选定水泥搅拌桩对基础加固。经试验确定水泥搅拌桩最佳水泥含量和水灰比分别为22%和0.5,通过现场荷载试验和数值模拟技术验证水泥搅拌桩处理砂土液化地基效果较好,使地基沉降值减少35.5%,复合地基承载力和沉降量得到改善。为后续水闸砂土液化地基处理提供借鉴。As an important means of foundation reinforcement treatment for hydraulic engineering,cement mixing pile can maximize the mechanical properties of undisturbed soil,with the characteristics of simple construction,low cost and less pollution.In order to ensure the quality of cement mixing pile and reduce the influence of uneven settlement of sand liquefaction foundation,taking the sand liquefaction foundation treatment project of Yanglin drainage gate in Guanxian county as an example,cement mixing pile was selected to strengthen foundation according to site construction and geological exploration.The optimum cement content and water-cement ratio of cement mixing pile are 22%and 0.5,respectively.The field load test and numerical simulation technology verify that the cement mixing pile has a good effect on the treatment of sandy soil liquefaction foundation,reducing the settlement value of the foundation by 35.5%,and improving the bearing capacity and settlement of the composite foundation.It provides reference for the subsequent treatment of sand liquefaction foundation in sluice.
