摘　　要：从彭楼引黄灌区续建配套与节水改造8期项目可研、实施方案批复及建管情况入手,阐述了项目建设实施取得的经验成效,分析存在的问题,提出了对策和建议,为进一步推进节水型灌区建设提供参考。In the paper,it begins with the feasibility study,the approval of the implementation plan,and the construction management of the 8th phase of the continuing development and water-saving renovation projects in the Penglou Yellow River Irrigation Area.It elaborates on the experiences and effectiveness achieved in project construction and implementation,analyzes existing issues,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions provides reference to further advance the construction of water-saving irrigation areas.
