摘 要:由于传统ABC分类法具有评价指标单一的局限性,容易导致备件分类不合理,为解决企业生产设备的备用零部件(后续统称备件)存放的仓库中类型繁多、数量庞大、管理复杂等问题,采用基于成本的ABC分类法(Activity Based Classification, ABC),结合备件的消耗量,将备件划分为9类,以实施差异化管理。此外,为了更贴近实际需求,引入一种启发式的优化算法,以优化分类结果。这一研究旨在解决备件分类问题,有望提高企业仓库管理的效率和可行性。In the face of the enterprise production equipment spare parts(subsequently collectively referred to as spare parts)stored in the warehouse of a wide range of types,large quantities,management complexity and other issues,the traditional ABC classification method has the limitations of a single evaluation index,which is likely to lead to irrationality in the classification of spare parts.Therefore,the Activity Based Classification(ABC)is used to classify spare parts into 9 categories,taking into account the consumption of spare parts,in order to implement a differentiated management strategy.In addition,a heuristic optimization algorithm is introduced to optimize the classification results and find the optimal solution in order to be closer to the actual needs.This research aims to solve the complexity problem in spare parts management and is expected to improve the efficiency and feasibility of corporate warehouse management.
