摘　　要：目的探讨基于体质学说理论的中医辨证施护联合中医透药护理在慢性前列腺炎患者中的应用效果。方法选取2022年7月至2023年11月就诊于南昌市生殖医院诊断为慢性前列腺炎的100例住院患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组应用中医定向透药理疗进行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上根据不同体质进行不同护理。比较两组患者的前列腺症状评分(NIH-CPSI)、世界卫生组织生活质量简明量表评分(WHOQOL-BRIEF)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及住院期间患者对护理的满意度。结果观察组护理后NIH-CPSI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后WHOQOL-BRIEF评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后的SAS、SDS指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于体质学说的中医辨质施护联合中医定向透药治疗能有效缓解前列腺炎患者的症状,提高其生活质量,且缓解患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,同时提升护理的满意度,该方案有助于慢性前列腺炎的治疗疗效,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome differentiation and care combined with TCM transdrug nursing in patients with chronic prostatitis based on constitution theory.Methods A total of 100 hospitalized patients diagnosed with chronic prostatitis in Nanchang Reproductive Hospital from July 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with TCM directional transdrug physiotherapy,and the observation group was treated with different nursing according to different constitutions.The National Institutes of Health chronic prostatitis symptom index(NIH-CPSI),World Health Organization quality of life concise scale score(WHOQOL-BRIEF),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score and nursing satisfaction of patients during hospitalization were compared between the two groups.Results The NIH-CPSI score of the observation group after nursing was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The WHOQOL-BRIEF score of the observation group after nursing was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the SAS and SDS indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group after nursing was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The TCM nursing based on constitution theory combined with TCM directional penetration therapy can effectively alleviate the symptoms of patients with prostatitis,improve their quality of life,and alleviate the anxiety and depression of patients,and improve the satisfaction of nursing.This program is helpful to the treatment of chronic prostatitis and is worthy of clinical prom
