摘  要:含氟二氧化硅粉体废弃物处置不当会存在潜在的环境污染风险,同时造成硅资源的浪费。对含氟二氧化硅粉体中游离氟的固定进行研究,主要探究去离子水、钙离子交换剂用量对含氟二氧化硅粉体悬浮液pH及游离氟固定效果的影响。实验结果表明,在温度75℃、搅拌转速200 r/min、反应时间30 min、去离子水加入量200 mL、钙离子交换剂用量12 g时,含氟二氧化硅粉体悬浮液pH可达6.16;加入钙离子交换剂改性后含氟二氧化硅粉体中游离氟占比明显减少,在白炭黑与防锈颜料体系有着巨大的应用潜力。Improper disposal of fluorine-containing silicon dioxide powder will lead to potential environmental pollution risk and waste of silicon resources.The fixation of free-fluorine in fluorine-containing silicon dioxide powder is studied,and the effect of water and calcium ion exchanger amount on the pH value and fixation effect of fluorine in fluorine-containing silicon dioxide powder solution is mainly investigated.The experimental results show that the pH of the fluorine-containing silicon dioxide powder solution can reach 6.16 when the temperature is 75℃,the stirring speed is 200 r/min,the reaction time is 30 min,and the amount of water and calcium ion exchanger are 200 mL and 12 g.The proportion of free-fluorine in the modified fluorine-containing silicon dioxide powder are 200 mL and significantly reduced,which has great application potential in the white carbon black and anti-rust pigment system.
