《针灸甲乙经》肩痛诊治特色探析

摘　　要：通过人工查阅的方法,对《针灸甲乙经》中论述肩痛的条目进行检索、统计、分析,探讨《针灸甲乙经》中肩痛的诊治特色。《针灸甲乙经》指出,肩痛的病因病机为正气不足、邪气外袭,经络所过、病气所及,经筋失约、骨节失利,脏腑失和、肩部受累;治则治法为扶正祛邪、调和脏腑,舒筋活络、通利关节;选穴以手三阳经为主,重视局部选穴,强调特定穴;针刺法以普通针刺为主,配合缪刺法、火针法等特殊刺法。《针灸甲乙经》为临床治疗肩痛提供了宝贵的经验。This study discusses the characteristics of diagnosis and treatment of shoulder pain in A and B Classics of Acupuncture and Moxibustion through manual retrieval,statistics,and analysis.The A and B Classics of Acupuncture and Moxibustion identifies lack of healthy qi,external attack of evil qi,disease passing meridians,dysfunction of meridians sinew,failure of bone joints,disorder of viscera as the etiology and pathogenesis of shoulder pain.The rules and methods for treatment involve strengthening the body to dispel the evil,harmonizing the viscera,relaxing muscles and activating collaterals,promoting joint movement.Acupoint selection is mainly based on the three yang meridians of hand with emphasis on local acupoint selection and specific acupoint.The acupuncture method primarily involves ordinary acupuncture combined with special techniques such as contralateral acupuncture and fire needle method.A and B Classics of Acupuncture and Moxibustion offers valuable experience in treating shoulder pain.
