摘 要:目的 建立黄芪脑通胶囊的显微鉴别方法。方法 采用显微鉴别法对黄芪脑通胶囊内容物及组成成分粉末进行鉴定,分别对比3批镜检样品,每个样品进行20次平行试验,获取黄芪脑通胶囊内容物粉末的显微结构特征及各组成成分的显微结构特征,记录其典型的显微特征。结果 红花的花粉粒,地龙的表皮细胞、刚毛,全蝎的体壁碎片4个明显特征分别为对应药材的粉末特征,拟作为黄芪脑通胶囊中红花、地龙、全蝎的显微鉴别依据。结论 本研究中采用的显微鉴别方法稳定、可控、专属性强,可作为黄芪脑通胶囊的质量控制方法。Objective To establish a microscopic identification method for Huangqi Naotong Capsules.Method Microscopic identification was used to identify the content and constituent powders of Huangqi Naotong Capsules.Three batches of microscopic samples were compared,and 20 parallel experiments were conducted on each sample to obtain the microscopic structural characteristics of the content powder of Huangqi Naotong Capsules and the microscopic characteristic structures of each component.The typical microscopic characteristics were recorded.Results The pollen grains of Carthami Flos,the epidermal cells and setae of Pheretima,and the body wall frag-ments of scorpion were the powder characteristics of corresponding medicinal materials,which could be used as the basis for microscopic identification of Carthami Flos,Pheretima and scorpion in Huangqi Naotong Capsules.Conclusion The microscopic identification method used in this study is stable,controllable,and has strong specificity,and can be used as one of the means for quality control of Huangqi Naotong Capsules.
