摘 要:通过查阅古今文献,对武威汉代医简所载“甘逐”进行名称、原植物、产地、采收与炮制等方面的考证。“甘逐”即中药甘遂,以产地得名,作为药品正名始载于《神农本草经》,直至今日;甘遂的原植物来源是大戟科大戟属植物甘遂Euphorbia kansui T.N.Liou ex T.P.Wang.;隋唐以前,甘遂主产于陕西、河南、山西,唐宋后扩展至江苏、浙江、安徽、湖北,现广泛分布于全国温带半湿润气候区;甘遂在春、秋两季采挖其根,干燥后药用,其炮制方法在古代多种多样,今天主要沿用了宋时的醋制法;甘遂药用价值较大,药用史近两千年。This study conducted a comprehensive investigation into the name,original plant,origin,harvesting and processing of“Ganzhu(甘逐)”in Han Dynasty medical records of Wuwei by consulting ancient and modern literature.“Ganzhu(甘逐)”is the Chinese medicine“Gansui(甘遂)”,which is named after its place of origin and was first mentioned in Shennong Herbal Classic(«神农本草经»).Its source is Euphorbia kansui T.N.Liou ex T.P.Wang.Before the Sui and Tang dynasties,Gansui was mainly produced in Shaanxi,Henan and Shanxi.After the Tang and Song Dynasties,its production expanded to Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Anhui and Hubei;now it is widely distributed in China’s temperate subhumid climate area.The roots were traditionally harvested in spring and autumn for medicinal purposes.Various processing methods were used in ancient times;today,the vinegar-processing method from the Song Dynasty is primarily employed.Gansui holds significant medicinal value in nearly two thousand years of medicinal history.
