摘  要:为研究工艺参数对钢渣碳热还原的影响并确定最优工艺条件,以包钢热泼渣和生产用焦粒为原料,通过不同焦渣比、碱度、还原温度和时间的四因素四水平正交实验研究其对钢渣碳热还原的影响,并通过极差分析确定还原渣铁回收率和粉化率的最优参数,并对其验证。结果表明:对渣样还原后铁回收率影响的因素依次为焦渣比、还原温度、碱度和保温时长,最优水平组合为10∶90的焦渣比、1 600℃的实验温度、1.8的碱度条件和50 min的保温时长,渣样还原后铁回收率可达59.67%;对渣样还原后粉体100目(150μm)过筛率影响的因素依次是焦渣比、碱度、还原温度和保温时长,最优水平组合为25∶75的焦渣比、1 450℃的实验温度、2.2的碱度条件和30 min的保温时长,渣样还原后粉体100目过筛率为78.08%,为全部实验最高水平;在焦渣比25∶75、还原温度1 550℃、碱度2.0和保温60 min的实验条件下,渣样还原后铁回收率和100目过筛率均较好,分别为47.18%和43.83%。To study the influence of process parameters on the carbon-thermal reduction of steel slag and determine the optimal process conditions,Baotou Steel's hot splashing slag and production coke particles as raw materials were used to study the influence of process parameters on carbon thermal reduction of steel slag through four factors and four levels of orthogonal experiments with different coke slag ratios,alkalinity,reduction temperature,and time.The optimal parameters for reducing slag iron recovery rate and pulverization rate were determined through range analysis and verified.The results show that the factors which affect the iron recovery rate after slag reduction are the coke slag ratio,reduction temperature,alkalinity,and insulation time.The optimal horizontal combination is a coke slag ratio of 10:90,an experimental temperature of 1600℃,an alkalinity condition of 1.8,and an insulation time of 50 min.The iron recovery rate after slag reduction can reach 59.67%;the factors that affect the 100-mesh screening rate of the powder after slag reduction are the coke slag ratio,alkalinity,reduction temperature,and insulation time.The optimal combination of levels is a coke slag ratio of 25:75,an experimental temperature of 1450℃,an alkalinity condition of 2.2,and an insulation time of 30 min.The 100-mesh screening rate of the powder after slag reduction is 78.08%,which is the highest level in all experiments;under the experimental conditions of a coke to slag ratio of 25:75,reduction temperature of 1550 C,alkalinity of 2.0,and insulation for 60 min,the iron recovery rate and 100-mesh screening rate of the slag sample after reduction are both good,reaching 47.18%and 43.83%,respectively.
