摘  要:研究了基于氧化石墨吸附镧元素在钢铁材料的基体成分纯铁中直接合金化行为。首先利用具有吸附性能的氧化石墨将镧离子吸附在其含氧官能团上,形成层间化合物,并利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪分析了吸附过程,再将该层间化合物与铝粉均匀混合后压制成块,在高纯氩气保护下的高温管式炉中经过1600℃保温10 min后随炉冷却至室温,然后用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)分析产物。最后,将上述压块用铁皮包覆后用石英管压入熔融的纯铁中进行直接合金化,并用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪检测不同取出时间的纯铁样品中的镧含量。研究结果表明,氧化石墨可以将镧离子吸附在其—OH和—COOH上,形成氧化石墨/镧层间化合物;在1600℃时铝可以将氧化石墨中吸附的镧元素还原成LaC_(2)、LaAlO_(3)和La_(1.98)O_(2.13)S_(0.84),其中的LaC_(2)可以溶解至铁水中并完成镧的合金化过程。Direct alloying behavior of rare earth lanthanum in pure iron based on the graphite oxide adsorbing has been studied in this paper.Firstly,the rare-earth lanthanum ions were adsorbed on the oxygen-containing functional groups of graphite oxide,after then the intercalation compound was formed and the adsorption process has been analyzed by the Fourier transform infrared spectrometer.Subsequently,the intercalation compound was mixed evenly with aluminum powder and pressed into blocks,which were kept in a high temperature tube furnace under the protection of high purity argon at 1600℃ for 10 min,and then cooled to room temperature in the furnace.Then the products were analyzed by X-ray diffractometry(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Finally,the above blocks were coated with iron sheet and pressed into the molten pure iron with quartz tube for direct alloying.The contents of rare earth lanthanum in the pure iron samples which were taken out at different times,have been measured by the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer.The results prove that:Graphite oxide can adsorb rare earth lanthanum ions on its —OH and—COOH to form graphite rare earth lanthanide intercalation compound.At 1600℃,Al can reduce the rare-earth lanthanum element of the intercalation compound to LaC_(2),LaAlO_(3) and La_(1.98)O_(2.13)S_(0.84).Specially,LaC_(2) can be dissolved in molten iron and complete the alloying process of rare-earth lanthanum.
