数字普惠金融对城市经济活力的影响研究

摘　　要：城市经济活力是城市高质量发展的重要议题。论文运用2011-2020年中国281个地级市面板数据和固定效应模型实证分析了数字普惠金融对城市经济活力的影响。研究发现:数字普惠金融能够有效提升城市经济活力;数字普惠金融通过缓解企业融资约束和提高区域创新水平以强化城市生产能力,通过保障居民生活水平和增加居民发展机会以激发城市消费潜力,通过促进数字基础设施建设和营造良好营商环境以增强城市投资动力,从而提升城市经济活力。对于城市发展水平高、数字化程度高的城市以及旅游型城市,数字普惠金融提升城市经济活力的效果更加明显。这为政府优化数字普惠金融政策以及提升城市经济活力提供了有益参考。Urban economic vitality is a key issue for high-quality urban development.This paper empirically analyzes the impact of digital inclusive finance on urban economic vitality using panel data and fixed-effects models for 281 prefecturelevel cities in China from 2011 to 2020.The results of the study find that digital inclusive finance can effectively enhance the economic vitality of cities;digital inclusive finance strengthens the productive capacity of cities by alleviating the financing constraints of enterprises and improving the level of regional innovation,stimulates the consumption potential of cities by guaranteeing the living standards of residents and providing the opportunities for personal growth,and strengthens the investment incentive of cities by promoting the construction of digital infrastructure and fostering a supportive business environments,thus enhancing the economic vitality of cities.For cities with a high level of urban development,a high degree of digitization and tourist-oriented cities,the role of digital inclusive finance in enhancing urban economic vitality is more obvious.This provides a useful reference for governments to optimize digital inclusive finance policies and enhance the economic vitality of cities.
