摘　　要：以疾病诊疗为主的传统急性病诊疗模式难以满足生命末期老年患者身体、心理、社会、灵性多维度的需求。安宁疗护服务为提高生命末期老年患者的生活质量和死亡质量提供了一种选择。实施安宁疗护时,应以患者为中心,尊重其意愿,并结合老年患者的特点。目前,由于医疗机构的医务人员对安宁疗护认知不足,影响了安宁疗护的实施,从而影响生命末期老年患者的生活质量。本文旨在总结生命末期老年患者安宁疗护服务的特点,为临床服务提供参考。The traditional acute care model,focused on disease diagnosis and treatment,is struggling to meet the complex needs of elderly patients at the end of life,encompassing physical,psychological,social,and spiritual aspects.Hospice care,designed to enhance the quality of life and death for patients in this stage,offers a suitable service model for the elderly.Hospice care for elderly patients at the end of life should be centered around the patient,honoring their preferences,and delivering comprehensive care that addresses their overall well-being.The lack of knowledge about hospice care among healthcare professionals often hinders its implementation,negatively impacting the quality of life for these patients.This article aims to outline the key features of hospice care services for elderly patients at the end of life,serving as a valuable reference for clinical practice.
