万里河生态清洁型小流域综合治理的探讨

摘　　要：基于“生态清洁小流域”及“三区”治理思路对绥阳县万里河生态清洁型小流域综合治理进行了研究探讨。通过对区域内现状调查及现场实际情况,提出了区域内主要存在的生态问题;明确了综合治理思路;提出了综合治理整体方案,对生态自然修复区实施封禁治理,综合治理区新建污水系统、人居环境整治、金银花产业种植及保土耕作,沟(河)道及湖库周边整治区进行河道疏浚、修建生态驳岸、栽植水生植物等10类措施,对实施后的生态效益、社会效益、经济效益进行了分析,以期为西南地区的生态清洁型小流域综合治理提供借鉴与参考。Based on the idea of"ecological clean-type small watershed"and"three areas",the comprehensive management of ecological clean-type small watershed of Wan Li River in Suiyang County was studied and discussed.Through the investigation of the current situation in the region and the actual situation on the spot,the main ecological problems in the region are put forward.The comprehensive management ideas are clarified;A comprehensive management plan was proposed,and the ecological and natural restoration areas were sealed off for treatment.Ten measures were taken,including the construction of a new sewage system,improvement of the living environment,cultivation of honeysuckle industry and soil conservationin the comprehensive treatment area,dredging of rivers,construction of ecological embankments,and planting of aquatic plants in the areas around ditches(rivers)and lakes.The ecological,social,and economic benefits of the implementation were analyzed,in order to provide reference and guidance for the comprehensive management of ecological clean small watersheds in the southwest region.
