摘 要:文章以杨公沟渡槽为案例,研究了其整体预制吊装施工要点。通过对渡槽的设计特点和吊装过程的详细规划,制定了科学合理的施工方案。在准备阶段,清理了吊装区域,确保地基和吊车设备满足要求。吊装过程中,采用大吨位起重机,通过实时监控保障了吊装的安全和准确性。安全措施方面,注重安全思想教育,引入安全技术保证,并实施全面的安全措施,以最大程度减少潜在风险。成功的施工为未来水利工程提供了宝贵经验,为同类工程提供了可行的操作模式。这一研究在渡槽施工领域具有指导意义,对提高水利工程施工的效率和安全性具有积极推动作用。Taking Yanggonggou aqueduct as an example,this paper studies the key points of its integral prefabricated lifting construction.Through the detailed planning of the design characteristics and hoisting process of aqueduct,a scientific and reasonable construction scheme is formulated.During the preparation phase,the lifting area was cleared to ensure that the foundation and crane equipment met the requirements.In the process of lifting,a large tonnage crane is used to ensure the safety and accuracy of lifting through real-time monitoring.In terms of safety measures,attention is paid to safety ideological education,the introduction of safety technology guarantees,and the implementation of comprehensive safety measures to minimize potential risks.The successful construction provides valuable experience for future water conservancy projects and feasible operation mode for similar projects.This research has guiding significance in the field of aqueduct construction,and plays an active role in promoting the efficiency and safety of hydraulic engineering construction.
