摘 要:随着水利信息化的发展,对明渠流量测量的精确度要求也越来越高,但明渠测流依然存在一系列困难,为了提高测流精度,降低测流装置成本,设计了基于毕托管原理的便携式测流装置,结合差压式传感器与单片机控制器相结合。基于毕托管原理,将差压信号通过AD转换功能,经STC12C5A60S2单片机处理,通过换算程序将测量值显示在液晶屏上或者上位机显示,从而实现流量的在线监测,为明渠测流提供新型的测流方法。The advancement of water conservancy informatization has led to increasingly stringent demands for the precision of open channel flow measurement.However,the measurement of open channel flow still presents a series of challenges.In order to enhance measurement accuracy oand reduce costs,a portable measuring device based is designed based on Pitot tube principle,integrating a differential pressure sensor and a single-chip microcomputer controller.Based on the Pitot tube principle,the differential pressure signal is converted using AD conversion function,processed by STC12C5A60S2 single chip microcontroller.The measured value is then displayed on either the LCD screen or upper computer through a conversion program,enabling online monitoring of flow and providing a new method for open channel flow measurement.
