火针点刺联合五行针灸驱邪治疗法治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察火针点刺联合五行针灸驱邪治疗(AE)法治疗过敏性鼻炎(AR)的临床疗效。方法将2021年11月—2023年1月就诊于北京中医医院顺义医院的56例AR患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组予火针点刺联合五行针灸AE法治疗(2次/周),对照组予氯雷他定口服(10 mg/晚),均连续治疗4周。比较2组的治疗有效率、鼻结膜炎生存质量量表(RQLQ)评分、鼻部症状评分(TNSS)和血清IgE水平。结果治疗组的有效率(92.8%)与对照组(82.1%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组RQLQ总评分、RQLQ中的睡眠评分、TNSS和血清IgE水平均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且治疗后治疗组各评分和血清IgE水平均低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。两组治疗期间均无不良反应和不良事件发生。结论火针点刺联合五行针灸AE法治疗AR可改善患者临床症状,降低血清IgE水平,提高患者生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of fire needle acupuncture combined with five-element acupuncture agrressive energy(AE)method in treating allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods A total of 56 patients with AR treated in the Shunyi Hospital of Beijing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from November 2021 to January 2023 were randomly divided into a treatment and a control group.The treatment group received fire needle acupuncture combined with five-element acupuncture AE method(twice a week),while the control group received loratadine orally(10 mg,qn),both continuously for 4 weeks.The effective rate after treatment,Rhinoconjunctivitis Quality of Life Questionnaire(RQLQ)scores,Total Nasal Symptom Score(TNSS),and serum Ig E levels before and after treatment were compared in the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the effective rate between the treatment group(92.8%)and the control group(82.1%)(P>0.05).After treatment,the total RQLQ score,sleep score in RQLQ,TNSS,and serum Ig E levels in both groups decreased compared to before treatment(P<0.05).Additionally,post-treatment,the scores and serum Ig E levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).No adverse reactions or events occurred in either group during the treatment period.Conclusion Fire needle acupuncture combined with five-element acupuncture AE method can improve clinical symptoms,reduce serum IgE levels,and enhance the quality of life for AR patients.
