摘　　要：流式细胞术(FCM)是一种综合运用了光学、机械学、流体力学、免疫学等学科的实验技术,广泛用于临床检验。FCM临床检验报告以文字描述和必要的图片呈现检验结果,并给出解释性注释,提出实验诊断及进一步检验建议。然而,FCM检验结果的描述和报告书写规范尚未统一,致使不同医疗机构的FCM检验报告的可读性和严谨性参差不齐。为此,中国中西医结合学会检验医学专业委员会组织专家对FCM临床检验图文报告中的必要信息和书写格式进行规范,以加强实验室和临床对FCM检验结果的正确解读。Flow cytometry(FCM)is an experimental technique that integrates optics,mechanics,fluid dynamics,immunology,and other disciplines and is widely used in clinical testing.The FCM clinical testing reports present the results in words and necessary graphics with interpretive annotations,proposing laboratory diagnosis and further test suggestions.However,the description and reporting normalization of FCM testing results have not yet been unified,resulting in various levels of readability and stringency in FCM testing reports among different medical institutions.Therefore,the Laboratory Medicine Committee of Chinese Association of Integrative Medicine(LMC-CAIM)organized experts to normalize the necessary information and reporting format in FCM clinical testing reports with images and texts,in order to enhance the laboratory and clinical ability to correctly interpret FCM testing results.
