摘　　要：Polycomb(PcG)and trithorax(trxG)are two groups of conserved epigenetic complexes that maintain active and repressive states of target genes by altering their chromatin states to regulate plant development and stress responses.In the conventional view,PcG and trxG proteins often function antagonistically in transcriptional gene regulation.
