退火处理对冷轧铝/钛复合板材组织性能的影响

摘  要:通过扫描电镜、电子背散射衍射、X射线衍射和显微硬度仪等研究了不同退火工艺参数对冷轧铝/钛复合板材微观组织和微观硬度的影响规律,分析了退火温度和保温时间对铝层和钛层金属再结晶行为的影响。结果表明:冷轧态的铝层和钛层微观组织都以沿轧向被严重拉长的变形晶粒为主,并且在厚度方向分布不均匀。随着退火温度的升高和保温时间的延长,扩散层宽度均有一定的增加。在400℃退火时,铝层金属已经发生了再结晶,而钛层金属在500℃退火时才能观察到少量的再结晶晶粒。随着退火温度的进一步升高,两层金属的再结晶比例和晶粒尺寸均显著增大。保温时间延长导致钛层再结晶分数增加,而铝层无明显变化。此外,AlTi、Al_(2)Ti等金属间化合物对复合界面的微观硬度也产生了一定影响。The influence of different annealing process parameters on microstructure and microhardness of cold rolled aluminum/titanium laminate sheet was studied by means of scanning electron microscopy,electron backscatter diffraction technique,X-ray diffraction and microhardness tester.The effects of annealing temperature and holding time on the recrystallization behavior of aluminum and titanium layers were analyzed.The results show that the microstructure of the cold rolled aluminum and titanium layers is mainly composed of heavily elongated deformed grains along the rolling direction,and the distribution is uneven in the thickness direction.As the annealing temperature and the holding time increase,the width of the diffusion layer also increases to a certain extent.When annealed at 400 ℃,the aluminum layer metal has undergone recrystallization,while the titanium layer metal can only observe a small amount of recrystallized grains when annealed at 500 ℃.As the annealing temperature further increases,the recrystallization ratio and grain size of the two metal layers significantly increase.The increasing of holding time leads to an increase in the recrystallization fraction of the titanium layer,while there is no significant change in the aluminum layer.In addition,AlTi,Al_(2)Ti and other intermetallic compounds also have a certain effect on the microhardness of the composite interface.
