天然丝胶茧家蚕品种比较试验初报

摘　　要：蚕丝丝胶蛋白作为一种天然优质球蛋白,具有很高的开发利用价值,可为蚕桑产业多元化发展提供新路径。通过引进浙江省农业科学院育成的3对丝胶茧蚕品种,进行比较饲育和丝胶质量测定分析,结果表明3对丝胶茧蚕品种均能适应桐乡地区饲养,其中‘华秋×SC3Y’等2个品种丝胶含量达到90%以上。本文还对3对丝胶茧蚕品种饲育适应性以及丝胶蚕上蔟方式和综合开发利用进行了分析讨论。Silk sericin,as a high-quality natural globular protein,holds considerable value for development and utilization,providing new avenues for the diversification of the sericulture industry.This study introduced three pairs of sericin cocoon varieties developed by the Zhejiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences for comparative rearing and analysis of sericin quality.The results indicated that all three pairs of sericin cocoon varieties could adapt to rearing in the Tongxiang region,with two varieties,‘Huaqiu×SC3Y’among others,achieving a sericin content of over 90%.This paper also discusses the rearing adaptability of the three pairs of sericin cocoon varieties,as well as the methods of sericin cocoon rearing and comprehensive development and utilization.
