摘 要:以乙烯基硅油和巯基硅油为基体,球形Al2O3作为导热填料,探究球形Al2O3粒径大小及其填充量对光固化导热硅橡胶导热性能、光固化动力学和机械性能的影响。光固化动力学研究结果表明,随着Al2O3的质量分数从100%增加到300%,导热硅橡胶的光固化凝胶时间从50 s延长到150 s;随着Al2O3填料填充量的增加,光固化硅橡胶体系中双键转化率不断下降,当Al2O3质量分数为400%时,经过70 s的固化,双键转化率低于15%,与其它Al2O3填充量下的硅橡胶相比,其固化速率差距明显。虽然导热硅橡胶的固化速率受Al2O3填料影响,但相较于橡胶的传统固化方式,仍旧具有快速固化的优点。通过测试填充Al2O3填料后硅橡胶的导热性能发现,不同粒径的Al2O3混合填料有助于提升硅橡胶的热导率;Al2O3填充量的增加也会提高硅橡胶的热导率,当Al2O3质量分数为400%时,光固化硅橡胶热导率可达1.022 W/(m·K)。Using vinyl-functionalized polysiloxane and thiol-functionalized polysiloxane as the substrate,spherical Al 2 O 3 as thermal conductive filler,the influences of spherical Al 2 O 3 filler characteristics(particle size and content)on the thermal conductivity,UV-curing kinetics and mechanical properties of thermal conductive silicone rubber composites were investigated.UV-curing kinetics result indicates that when Al 2 O 3 increases from 100wt%to 300wt%,the UV-curing time increases from 50 s to 150 s.As the double bonds conversion is also decreased with more Al 2 O 3 fillers,and it is lower than 15%after 70 s UV-curing in 400wt%of Al 2 O 3.Although the curing rate of silicone rubber is affected by Al 2 O 3 fillers,it outperforms the traditional curing silicone rubber.The results show that the thermal conductivity of silicone rubber is improved by mixture of Al 2 O 3 particles with different size.More Al 2 O 3 fillers will also enhance the thermal conductivity of silicone rubber,and the UV-cured silicone composite has thermal conductivity of 1.022 W/(m·K)with 400wt%Al 2 O 3 fillers.
