摘  要:注浆絮凝-真空预压法可以大幅提升土体的承载能力和稳定性,注浆压力作为该方法中的一个重要参数,对加固效果也存在一定的影响。为了研究注浆压力对工程废弃泥浆的处理效果,分别在注浆压力范围(0 kPa~600 kPa)内进行了注浆絮凝-真空预压处理试验。结果表明:注浆絮凝-真空预压对土体的加固效果随着注浆压力的增加而提升;注浆絮凝-真空预压加固效果随注浆压力的增大并非呈线性增大,注浆压力为500 kPa,600 kPa加固后土体强度分别比上一级增加1.2 kPa和0.33 kPa,建议现场试验注浆压力为500 kPa;注浆絮凝-真空预压比对照组对废弃泥浆的加固效率更快,且土体加固后十字板剪切强度更大,试验组比对照组增加了30.8%~61.1%。The bearing capacity and stability of soil mass can be greatly improved by the method of flocculation-vacuum precompression.As an important parameter of the method,the grouting pressure also has a certain influence on the reinforcement effect.In order to study the effect of grouting pressure on the treatment of engineering waste mud,the tests of grouting flocculation and vacuum precompression were carried out in the range of grouting pressure(0 kPa~600 kPa).The results show that the effect of flocculation-vacuum precompression on soil reinforcement increases with the increase of grouting pressure.The effect of grouting flocculation-vacuum precompression reinforcement does not linearly increase with the increase of grouting pressure.The strength of soil strengthened with grouting pressure of 500 kPa and 600 kPa increases by 1.2 kPa and 0.33 kPa respectively compared with that of the previous stage.It is suggested that the grouting pressure for field test should be 500 kPa.Compared with the control group,the reinforcement efficiency of grouting flocculation-vacuum precompression is faster,and the shear strength of the cross plate after soil reinforcement is greater,and the experimental group is increased by 30.8%~61.1%.
